About RamRom

RamRom is a small, free web tool with one job: help you save TikTok videos and Instagram reels to your own device, quickly and without installing anything.

Why we built it

Short videos disappear fast. Accounts get removed, posts get deleted, and creators sometimes lose the only copy of their own work. RamRom started as a simple way for creators to keep backup copies of their own uploads, and for viewers to keep a personal copy of a video they are allowed to save — to watch offline, on a plane, or somewhere with no signal.

How it works

You paste a public video link, RamRom's server looks up the video's public information, and your browser downloads the file directly from the platform's servers. There is no account to create, no app to install, and no copy of the video is kept on our servers. Your download history list lives only in your own browser.

Our stance on creators' rights

Downloading is a tool; how it is used matters. RamRom is built for personal use and for content you own or have permission to save. We do not support re-uploading other people's work or passing it off as your own, and rights holders can reach us through the contact page to request that specific links be blocked.
